Location: The residential complex "Nissia" is located on the seafront five hundred meters from Dapia, the center of Spetses. Spetses Island is located at the entrance to the Saronic Gulf. It is accessible by seaplane from the port of Piraeus (approx. 2-2.5
hours) or by car from the Peloponnese (distance from Athens to Costa 180 km 2.5-3 hours) and then by ferry (15 minutes). Nissia is located on the seafront on the Kounoupitsa coast, 500 meters from Dapia, the center of Spetses.
