The accommodation unit includes 10 studios distributed in the two buildings located next to each other. The first building has four studios, while the second building includes six studios and the reception area. All studios are accessible by stairs and are fully equipped to offer a comfortable stay. In the immediate vicinity, there are supermarkets, shops, taverns, and cafes, all within walking distance. A private parking area for guests is also available.

Types of rooms:

Triple Studio
Triple Studios, with an area of approximately 25 m², are equipped with a double bed and a single bed. Each studio includes a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. Available facilities include air conditioning, television, storage wardrobe, Wi-Fi internet access, and a balcony with a seating area. Guests receive a welcome set containing coffee, sugar, and honey. In addition, the studios are equipped with a hairdryer, indoor slippers, and all necessary bathroom and room items. Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed every two days, and bed linen is replaced every three days. Upon request, a baby cot is available.

Family Studio
The Family Studios, with an area of approximately 28 m², are equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed with two single beds. Each studio includes a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The offered amenities include air conditioning, television, wardrobe, Wi-Fi, and a balcony with a relaxing area. Guests are provided with a welcome set consisting of coffee, sugar, and honey, as well as a hairdryer, indoor slippers, and essential bathroom and room items. Cleaning service is performed daily, with towels changed every two days and bed linen every three days. A baby crib can be provided upon request.

Superior Family Studio
