Unit Description: Lemon Tree House takes its name from the neoclassical residence that was built here in the late 19th century. It was originally the home of Anastasia Economides, daughter of Fokas and Paraskeui Economides. This highly respected couple
raised their seven children in this neoclassical building which still stands proudly among other neoclassical houses, bearing the distinct architecture and colors of the Dodecanese islands.
The magnificent lemon tree that once stood here lives on in the yard where lemons were planted from the branches of the original tree.
The admirable legacy passed on to Anastasia Chiotaki Mastromina, who has kept those cozy rooms with her husband Nikolao Mastromina since 1994. They were completely renovated in 2019.
