Room facilities: All villas and suites of the Kappa complex have air conditioning and views of Toroneos Bay, the garden and the swimming pool. Each includes a living room with satellite TV. The villas have a fully equipped kitchen, while the suites offer a kitchenette equipped with only basic utensils. There are 2-bedroom Panorama Suites as well as 1-bedroom Executive Sea View Suites.
The complex includes luxurious villas of four different types (1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms), all with private pools. In addition, it has standard apartments (1, 2 or 3 bedrooms) with a private pool, as well as apartments (junior suites, 1 or 2 bedrooms) with a shared pool.
