Iris Guesthouses Suites has 7 types of rooms: apartment with two connecting rooms, standard double room, family room, economy room, junior suite, iris suite and superior room.

Apartment with two interconnecting rooms has the following facilities: two double beds, Mastic Spa cosmetics, hair dryer, two hydromassage showers with two separate bathrooms, linen, inclusion, air conditioning, electric kettle, flat screen TV, free Wifi access, furniture garden, one room balcony with both sea and mountain views, fireplace (in one bedroom), access only by stairs and daily cleaning. The double room has the same facilities as the apartment but has two single beds and a hydromassage shower. The family room has the same facilities as the apartment but differs the bed which is double and in addition has a sofa that can be converted into a double bed and a shower. The economy room has the following facilities: double room, Mastic Spa cosmetics, hair dryer, shower, heating, air conditioning, electric kettle, refrigerator, flat screen TV, free Wifi access and hotel view. The junior suite has the same facilities as the apartment but has a king size bed with anatomical / orthopedic mattress, sofa bed (single), bathtub with massage and a safe. Iri suite and superior room have the same facilities as the apartment but have only one single double bed, a sofa (double bed) and safe. The superior rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the Iris Guesthouses Suites.
