Ios island premium luxury villa has a private access by foot to Kolitsani beach. Air conditioning and roof mounted fans are available in all the rooms. Inside and outside of the villa there is high-speed internet access and Wi Fi connection. It’s located at a very quiet residential area but no far from the city of Ios with his night life, only 10 minutes  by foot, 20 meters from a private dock, 210 meters from Kolitsani Beach and 500m from the heliport.

The villa is built on a 4000 m² plot with olive trees, geranium and cactus with150 m of private seaside with a private dock for swimming and a place where a yacht can moor. The best time to visit is from May to mid October. Large terraces with fantastic sea view are all around this beautiful villa where you can enjoy al fresco, outdoors dining or relax and gaze at the big blue. Or step down the stone staircase that takes you directly into the beautiful Aegean sea, by far one of the best features of the house.One of the most notable features is also the large outdoor lounging area, with its pergola-shaded dining area. They are three dining places, one inside the villa and two outside depending on the wind and the moment of the day. Perfect for lazy days and avoiding the crowds. The big furnished terrace of the first floor is overlooking the sea.

The open-plan living room/kitchen area has four sofa beds with sliding ones. Totally in the villa they are 4 beds in the bedrooms plus 4 autonomous beds in the sofa beds with other  sliding ones.The villa has a washing machine, a storage-utility room, 45″ Smart TV linked to Wi Fi, heating and air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine… There is private on-site parking. Linen, toiletries and hairdryer are provided. The surround ambience and the location of the villa gives such an intimacy that nudism is allowed.The collection of books of art provides a prestigious, beautiful keepsake to share with family and friends and gives an artistic high aesthetic ambiance of the living rooms.

​The owner recommends visits to the Skarkos Hill prehistoric site, Homer’s Tomb, the Archaeological Museum and the newest museum of popular culture in the main town of Ios. They can facilitate private boat rental to explore nearby hidden coves and secluded beaches that are only reachable by boat. They also recommend taking day trips to the islands of Santorini, Sikinos, Amorgos, Folegandros, Antiparos, Koufonisia, Milos and Mykonos. They can help arrange waterskiing, wakeboarding, knee-boarding and paddleboarding excursions and diving with all the necessary equipment.

The smallest room is carved into the rock. A double bed on the rock.  It’ s called the love room. A lot of friends artists and writers have spend time  there. The land with the dock is 150 meters long like a stranded boat. Big toilet.

The ground floor of the pigeon house has two single build in the wall beds (two single  beds constructed) . There is a lot of space to put another bed. Big toilet.

The paths, the building, the tables, the sofas and the smallest details are handmade with local stones.
