Location: Ilis Villas is located 3.1 mi from Kastro Village. The sandy beaches can be reached within 600 m. A mini market for the general supplies, a tavern and food kiosks can be found within 601 m. The medieval castle of Chlemoutsi is at a distance of 3.1 mi. Ancient Ilis is 19 mi from the property, while Ancient Olympia is 37 mi away.

Facilities: The three well-kept villas offer you a high-quality standard for an unforgettable stay and valuable moments of relaxation. They are surrounded by gardens and trees with fruit which, at their season you can just pick up straight. Villa Yrmini (blue lilac) lies at one level, while the other two Ephyra (red) and Olenos (yellow) lie each on two levels (maisonettes).

Adjacent to staircases leading to the verandas, you find two cold water outdoor showers which offer an extreme feeling of refreshment after using them.

Within the Villas  

Each villa is equipped for comfortable living, with air conditioning in all spaces, satellite TV, wireless Wi Fi, hair dryer, safebox, sea umbrella, bathroom toiletries and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, conventional oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine together with all necessary cooking utensils, dishes and dishwashing materials (soap, sponge, wire, etc).

All verandas are equipped with coffee table, chairs, deck chairs, hammock and a cold water faucet

Cleaning, six (6) days per week. Linen changing, every three (3) nights

Parking: Free one car park place per villa within the property



Villa Olenos:  4 persons + 1 , Two levels Ground Level: At the ground floor, there is the open plan sitting/dining/ kitchen room, comfortably furnished with built-in sofas, cozy fireplace, dining table for six and a fully equipped kitchen. The floor is stone, laid in the byzantine design. A children’s high feeding chair can be arranged upon request with no extra charge and a folding bed with extra charge, for only one (1) extra person. All ground floor doors open to stone-laid verandas either shaded with caned pergolas or uncovered for sunbathing. From all of them, you have spectacular views and especially wonderful colourful sunsets. The verandas are furnished with a coffee table with two chairs, two sun-beds, and a hammock so as to enjoy the sun, the nice view and the colourful sunsets, drinking a glass of wine, or a cup of coffee. A cold water faucet is installed by the side of a veranda.
First Floor:  On the upper floor, you find one double and one twin-bedded bedroom and one complete bathroom, all laid with floor-tiles. A playpen can be arranged specifically for infants upon request (no extra charge). The bathroom has a bathtub with an embedded shower spray head, a handheld shower spray head, and a hairdryer. All bedrooms have a high wooden ceiling. The twin bedded room has a small south balcony with an also spectacular view of the sea and land.

Villa Yrmini : 4 persons + 1 , one level
The open plan sitting/dining/ kitchen room has a beautiful high wooden ceiling and stone floor, laid in the byzantine design. It is comfortably furnished with built-in sofas, a cozy fireplace, a dining table for six and a fully equipped kitchen. A children’s high feeding chair can be arranged upon request with no extra charge and a folding bed with extra charge, for only one (1) extra person. The double and the twin-bedded bedrooms and the bathroom, are laid with floor-tiles. A playpen can be arranged specifically for infants upon request (no extra charge). The bathroom has a bathtub with an embedded shower spray head, a handheld shower spray head, and a hairdryer. The double bedded room has a small west balcony with also spectacular view to the sea and land and is connected from one side to the big west veranda and from the other side leads to the stone staircase which brings to a private terrace shaded with caned pergola (above bedrooms).All doors open to stone-laid verandas, either shaded with caned pergolas or uncovered for sunbathing. From all of them you have spectacular views and especially wonderful colorful sunset. The verandas are furnished with a coffee table with two chairs, two sun-beds and a hammock so as to enjoy the sun, the nice view and the colorful sunsets, drinking a glass of wine, or a cup of coffee.
