Smart Vila is a special offer for stays in Lesbos Island, at one of the 3 tourist villas taken as tour operator guarantee, with discounts of about half the standard rate. Allocation to one of the villas is made by the tour operator, depending on availability and is communicated to the partner on the Thursday before departure. Whatever the villa allocated through the Smart Vila program, the accommodation conditions are similar, and tourists benefit from the proximity of some of the most beautiful beaches in Lesbos Island, namely Anaxos. Promoted villas: Poseidon Apartments, Parthenon Studios and Grand Blue Villa Michaela in Anaxos area, plus other villas that provide tourists with similar conditions. USEFUL INFORMATION BEFORE TRAVEL:
documents required for the trip: identity card or passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to the country.
- According to the regulations in force, minors must meet the following conditions to be allowed to leave the country: to travel with at least one accompanying adult; to have on them the consent of both parents (or of the parent who does not accompany them) legalized to the notary; the adult who accompanies them, if this is not one of the parents, the adult who accompanies them, he must have a criminal record to present at the border. If the surname of the child does not coincide with the last name of both parents, they must present at the border service the marriage certificate. - The star rating of the hotels in the offer is the one officially attributed by the competent authorities of Greece. These standards are specific to Greece and do not or cannot be equated with standards in other countries. The common facilities and those of the rooms are in accordance with local standards
- The descriptions of the hotels contained in this material are valid at the date of publication of the offer (oct 2016); consequently, the agency cannot be held liable for any inconsistencies regarding the hotel or room facilities.
- The distribution of rooms at hotels is done by their receptions; problems related to the location or appearance of the room are solved by the tourist directly at the hotel reception, assisted by the representative;
- For certain facilities in the hotel or hotel room, the hotelier may request additional charges (minibar/fridge, safe, towels at the beach, air conditioning, etc.); upon arrival at the hotel, ask the receptionist to inform you exactly about them. Hotels can also ask tourists to pay a deposit (cash or credit card) for any expenses incurred during the stay.
- On the first day of your stay, the accommodation starts after 14:00. On the last day of your stay, the accommodation ends before 11:00
- The Agency is not liable for changes in flight schedule or delays, which are the responsibility of the airline and airport authorities.
- The Agency reserves the right to change the amount of airport taxes, in case this measure is imposed by the airline.
- The Agency is not liable for any changes to the flight schedule.- In case of overbooking (overbooking) of a hotel, determined by the activity of the hoteliers, before or after the start of the trip, the Agency is obliged to offer another variant of hotel in the same area or in a close area, in the same category or a higher category without changing the price.
- Offers are valid within the limits of available places. Early-booking percentages can be modified at any time (in the sense of increasing or decreasing the discount) and are dictated by hoteliers. Please check the validity of the offer and prices at the time of registration.
- Optional trips are made on site with the local agency. The amounts related to these trips are not collected in the name and for the agency. The prices of the optional excursions may be higher than those of the trips that can be purchased at the hotel reception, this is due to the fact that the participants will have at their disposal a means of transport that will take them and will bring them to the respective hotel, the tour guide and, as the case may be, a local guide.
- The Agency is not liable in case of refusal of the border authorities to receive the tourist on its own territory or to allow him to leave its own territory.
