Personalul foarte neamabil. In ultima zi, desi aveam micul dejun inclus, nu ne-au lasat sa ne facem cate 1 sendvis, desi le-am spus ca nu mancam nimic altceva....vrem doar cate 1 sendvis pentru drum! au zis ca nu avem voie sa luam sendvis! Curatenia a lasat de dorit! Se golea doar cosul de gunoi (la ora pranzului cand voiai sa dormi!). Nu s-a schimbat lenjeria deloc in 8 zile (doar prosoapele daca le lasai jos ca sa stie ca vrei altele!), iar consumabile (gel de dus si sapun) iti dadeau doar daca cereai! televizorul din camera avea telecomabda cu bateriile consumate iar de la receptie ne-au spus ca nu au baterii pt schimb....a trebuit sa ne cumparam! aparatul de aC, nu avea setarile necesare ( un cod de functionare!) si trebuia sa te descurci singur....pana gaseai ce cod sa setezi ca sa porneasca ( personalul hotelului nu stia sa iti dea nicio indicatie!) NU recomand acest hotel tinand cont de raportul pret/calitate!
