Welcome to Phoenix...We provide independent, fully equipped condos for short-time lease. Every condo has one bedroom, two to three balconies with astonishing sea and mountain view, and can accommodate up to four individuals each. Phoenix has the family-like way we treat our guests. Our first building was built in 1994 whilst the second building was complete and fully functional by 2009. Our condos, were in the market for long-time lease up until Summer of 2017 when it was turned into a condo hotel guest house, got corporate identity and added extra services for its guests, raising hospitality standards. We are very proud of "Phoenix" since it is a family project that continues and evolves for the second generation, and our vision is to grow ιτ bigger in the following years...
