Karaoulanis Beach is a newly built luxury hotel with furnished apartments. It is located at the edge of the mountain, on Papa Nero beach in the village of Agios Ioannis, offering spectacular views of the azure sea.

Hotel facilities:

The hotel has an outdoor pool and a snack bar. Free WiFi is available in public areas.

Room facilities:

The hotel has 32 fully furnished studios and apartments. (AC, TV, radio, telephone, refrigerator, mini oven with hob and kettle.

This combination can give you a memorable and enjoyable stay. There are also 3 apartments that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people each. In addition to their stunning views of the Aegean Sea, the verandas, which are 20 and 30 m2 each can be another advantage.

Last but not least, these suites have hot tubs for a relaxing stay offered for honeymooners who want to admire the view of the Aegean Sea.

To enjoy stunning views and relaxation from its balconies, this hotel is built amphitheatrically on the mountain so that access to the hotel from sea level to the first level of the hotel, where the entrance is, includes 60 stairs or a ramp of 30 meters up.
