Cliffside Two Level Residence: This is a unique residence located at the cliffside location of the traditional village of Plaka (the capital of Milos). Hanging at the edge of the settlement our guests will be able to enjoy a "caldera-like" view and magnificent
sunset but without the crowds. A spacious renovated two-level residence able to accommodate up to three persons (adults only) and offer a memorable stay combining luxury, privacy and panoramic views. The residence consists of a very big veranda and two levels.
On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen with the dining area and on the top floor is the bedroom and the bathroom. The two levels are connected with a spiral staircase. On the top floor there is also a small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped
with anything you might need. No reason to be shoulder-to-shoulder with other visitors to enjoy the sun dipping in the sea. You can enjoy it by having your drink listeing to the music you like with only the person you want to be with. Despite the fact that
this is an independent apartment, we are offering services and support including: - Breakfast (included in price) which you can order from the night before and will be served at the time you wish at your veranda! Fresh juices, local products and recipies,
coffee of your selection will hlep you to have the best start of the day! - Full consierge service: My team and I, are avaialble to help you organise to the most your stay in Milos, we can arrange everything from simple car/ATV/scooter rentals to yacht/speed
boat charters or even organise for you some memorable experiences (pic nic at secluded beaches, a 4x4 safari, a food tour etc) Still this magnificent view comes comes with a price. The veranda when it's windy is exposed a lot to the wind which sometimes in
the summer can be very strong. So guests are advised to be careful because small objects can be blown away. Also due to strict architectural laws which regulate the traditional village of Plaka we are not allowed to have permanent shading constructions and
the strong wind can easily blow away umbrellas, therefore the veranda is exposed to the sun throughout the day.
