Location: Dimitra Hotel & Apartments is a long-term family unit, located in the relaxing seaside village, Kokkini Hani (also known as Hani Kokkini or Kokkini Chani or Vathianos Kampos). It is owned and operated by the Maltezakis family, who will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Another interesting fact is that the complex is built directly adjacent to an archaeological site dating from the seventeenth century BC, a well-preserved Minoan villa called Niros Palace, which was excavated in 1918.

Hotel facilities: The complex consists of two apartment buildings and a hotel building. The lift is available at the hotel building. The hotel building houses the reception, where information and other services are provided, such as how to get a safe, a cot or how to use the air conditioning in the room and, of course, how to get around and what to do in Crete. The café is located in the same building, where you can enjoy more cocktails, other drinks and snacks. Buffet breakfast is served every morning from 08:00 until 10:00. Two of the three buildings have an immediate exit to the pool area, where you can swim if you prefer to stay away from the beach. There is also a children’s play area by the pool, specially designed for the family.

Room facilities: Guests can make themselves at home in one of the spacious rooms, which all have a fully equipped kitchen with everything a chef would want. Guests will appreciate the satellite TV offered for entertainment, and the private bathrooms have a bath, shower and hairdryer. Each apartment has a balcony overlooking the sea or the countryside and additional facilities include a radio, telephone and safe.
