Giannakis Studios are located on the seafront in the beautiful town of Golden Beach (Skala Panagia). North east of the island of Thassos, 2.9 km away from Skala Potamia (Chrissi Akti), 5 km to Panagia, 12 km away from the capital Limenas (Thassos Town). 30 meters to Golden beach (Chrissi Ammoudia).

Just two minutes walk is the vibrant center of Skala Potamia with a wide range of taverns, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops. Free Wi-Fi and private parking are also available.

Rooms :

The villa has 4 apartments and a studio located on 2 floors, suitable for 2 to 5 people. All apartments and studios are equipped with air conditioning. The apartments have fully equipped kitchenettes, flat screen TVs, modern bathrooms and comfortable and furnished balconies or terraces. The studio has an area for cooking but no cooking facilities. Wi-fi is available in the studio and in public areas.

On the ground floor there is a double studio and two apartments. The studio has a double bed and can accommodate 2 people. It is equipped with refrigerator, air conditioning and TV. The apartments each have a living area with a fitted kitchenette and a double sofa and a double bed in the bedroom. A maximum of 4 people can be accommodated here. Both the double studio and an apartment have verandas with table and chairs, overlooking the garden. The other apartment has a terrace overlooking the garden and the sea.

The upstairs apartment has a living area with built-in kitchenette and double sofa. The bedroom has a double bed. The balcony overlooks the mountains.

Also upstairs there is a studio for 4 people equipped with an equipped kitchenette. It has a double bed, a single bed and a sofa and the balcony, equipped with table and chairs, overlooks the sea.
