LOCATION: Quiet, on a slight slope, overlooking the sea of Kriopigí, which can be reached in about 500 m via a solid road through pine groves. The surroundings of the small, lively village with taverns, shops and cafés invite you to go hiking. A bus stop with
connections to Kalithéa (about 5 km) and Thessaloníki is located in about 400 m, the nearest ATM in approx. 600 m distance, transfer from Thessaloniki airport about 1 hour.
YOUR HOLIDAY COMPLEX: (thgi) Built in 2003 in typical local style, the complex is located on a large plot with beautiful garden and comprises 14 residential units on 3 levels (lift). In house reception with lounge, satellite TV corner, wireless internet access
in public areas of the hotel, library and bar. On the roof terrace there is another bar with a beautiful view to the sea and the opposite peninsula Sithonia. Here you can have breakfast in good weather.
STUDIOS: (sa) For 1-3 persons, very spacious and tastefully furnished. Living room/ bedroom with double bed and kitchenette (for the preparation of small items, coffee machine, kettle). Air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless internet access, safe, large bathroom
or shower/toilet, hairdryer, windows with fly screens. Balcony or terrace with sea view, partly covered by trees.
BEACH: Long gravel/sand beach, partly pebbles in the water (slippers recommended), umbrellas and sun loungers (for a fee).
MEALS: Ü, ÜF (extended breakfast buffet).
HAUSCHARAKTER: Very tasteful, family run property.The German speaking owner Gabriella takes care of her guests very attentively.
