The ground floor features a dining/living room area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with: electric oven, microwave oven, washing machine, fridge, iron/ironing facilities, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a full range of cooking equipment. The bedroom, which is tastefully furnished offers a double bed, wardrobe, TV and its own balcony.
