Location : The nearby village of Chaniotis is one of the most popular and well organized in Kassandra, just a 3 minute drive away. Numerous taverns, bakeries, patisseries, cafes, night clubs, water sports and beach bars are available for all tastes.
The quiet sandy beach in front of the villa, just an 8 minute walk, is ideal for families and a great place to watch the sunset even while swimming!

Accommodation : On the top floor, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony and sea view overlooking Sithonia. Next to it, the guest room with double bed or otherwise known as the "blue room" overlooks the hills of Kassandra, a beautiful
little country church and olive groves. It also has a private bathroom and a balcony. The ground floor hosts two more bedrooms. The 'Orange Room' with a double bed and private balcony and the 'Green Room' which has 2 single beds. Next to these rooms is the
upstairs bathroom. A spacious and sunny living room and a fully equipped kitchen are the places to relax and enjoy cooking a good meal while enjoying the sea view.
Sitting on the terrace, you will feel the sea breeze while enjoying your drink or meal. A barbecue is also located on the terrace and close to the kitchen and will give you the opportunity to grill fresh fish or tasty meat, which you can either catch yourself
or purchase from the local shops.
The 2000 sqm communal garden surrounding the property has a variety of trees, mainly olive, palm, cypress and fruit trees. Guests can enjoy the use of the basketball court and sun loungers available.
