Located in the middle of the lush Aspros Potamos Valley, the restored 300-year-old Aspros Potamos Guesthouse offers authentic Cretan accommodation. Aspros Potamos is 29 km from Ierapetra and 34 km from the seaside town of Sitia. A number of beaches such as Staousa and Diaskari Beach are located within 7 km. There is a bus stop 2 km from the property. Restaurants, cafes and a mini market are just 1 km away.

House no. 1 - One bedroom apartment - Aspros Potamos (can accommodate up to 3 people)

it is located at the top of the houses on the right. It is a spacious 40m 2 studio apartment, bright and well ventilated. As you enter the house on your right there is a large stone bed with a comfortable mattress. Right in the middle of the studio is a fireplace. On the other side there is a kitchen and a sitting area with a stone sofa that can also be used as a single bed.

There are no electrical outlets in the house, but there is a multi-socket adapter in the reception area. Oil lamps provide the houses main lighting, while the installed solar photovoltaic system supplies electricity to the reading lights on top of the double bed, the bathroom light and the fridge.

House no. 2 - Apartment - on two levels - Aspros Potamos (can accommodate up to 5 people)

 it is at the top of the village on the right. There is a large terrace with a panoramic view. As you enter the house you will notice that it has two levels. On the first level is a large double bed. On the second level there is a living room, a fireplace and a kitchen. If you continue you will see the second bedroom where there is a double bed and a single bed and a door leading to the terrace.

There are no electrical outlets in the house, but there is a multi-socket adapter in the reception area. Oil lamps provide the main lighting in the houses, while the installed solar photovoltaic system supplies electricity to the reading lights on top of the double bed, the bathroom light and the fridge.

House no. 3 - Apartment - on two levels - Aspros Potamos (can accommodate up to 5 people)

 It is located between houses no. 2 and no. 4. The house is divided on two levels. Downstairs, there is a large living room with a fireplace, a kitchenette and three stone single beds that can also be used as sofas. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there is a large double bed and a bathroom. As you can see in the photos, the room on the first level looks like an interior balcony, the traditional style of this bedroom is called Ondas in Greek. This house is ideal for a family. However, due to its individuality, quite often two or three people can enjoy staying in it. It has a spacious terrace overlooking the garden and easy access to the parking area.

It is located between houses no. 3 and no. 5. It is divided into two rooms. The first room is the living room with kitchen. In the living room there is a stone single bed that can be used as a sofa. If you go down 2 steps, you will see the bedroom. In this room it resembles a cave, because the bed is built in the original stone of the mountain. There is a small double bed, so not recommended for well-built people. Opposite the bed is a small fireplace that makes the room even more magical. The veranda of the house overlooks the garden. It has easy access to parking.

House no. 5 - One bedroom apartment - Aspros Potamos (can accommodate up to 3 people)

 It is located next to house no. 4 overlooking the garden. It is divided into three rooms. The first room is the living room with a fireplace and a single stone bed that can also be used as a sofa. To your right, in a separate room, is a kitchen. At the end of the living room is a bedroom. It is a spacious and bright room with a large double bed. This house is suitable for a family with a small child or a baby due to the easy access to the parking lot, outside there are not many stairs and the living room and the bedroom are almost on the same level.

House no. 6 - Two bedroom apartment - Aspros Potamos (not recommended for tall people. Can accommodate up to 4 people.)

In the first room there is a small and long living room with a low ceiling, a fireplace and a kitchen. At the end of the living room is a bedroom. On your right, going down 2 steps, you enter the second bedroom. It's a spacious, light and airy room with a small double bed and its own courtyard. This house has two terraces: one at the entrance and one at the second bedroom. Its outdoor bathroom is located on the first terrace, just two steps from the entrance door. The terrace has a reed fence and a separate door that offers privacy and autonomy to guests.

The high-ceilinged house is light and airy, with a small terrace and a wonderful view. It is quiet, independent and secluded. As if the house was born from the rock, the guest will marvel at its uniqueness. When you enter the house on your left there is a kitchen. In front of you is a living room and at the end you can see the first double bed. The original rock bed protrudes from the walls and creates a natural bedroom. Going down two steps on the left, you enter the second bedroom.

House no. 8 - Studio - Aspros Potamos (can accommodate up to 2 people.)

This house is located in the center of the settlement, in an open space, overlooking the hills and the foot of the Pefki Gorge. It has two small rooms, a living room and a bedroom. Just like the other houses, you can also see how the natural bed stone is integrated into the walls, creating a unique sensation for the guests. Sunny and airy it can accommodate up to two people. The bathroom is located outside. This house has a spacious terrace with a beautiful sea view.

House no. 9 - Studio Economy - Aspros Potamos (can accommodate 1-2 people.)

It is the smallest but bright and airy. It is located next to house no. 8 in an excellent location with a panoramic view of the sea. It is a small studio with a bathroom. To your right is a large double bed and to your left is a kitchenette and fridge.

There are no electrical outlets in the house, but there are multi-socket outlets in the reception area. Oil lamps provide the houses main lighting, while the installed solar photovoltaic system provides electricity to the reading lights above the double bed, the bathroom light and the fridge.

House no. 10 - Studio - Aspros Potamos (can accommodate up to 2 people.)

It consists of a single room and a bathroom. It is in a quiet location and has a large terrace with a beautiful view. When you enter the house, to your right is a kitchen and at the other end of the room is a large double bed. There is an impressive rock jutting out of the wall above the bed.
