LAGE: Inmitten von Olivenbäumen, weitab vom Trubel liegt das Haus auf einem Hügel und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Ein etwas steiler Weg führt über die Hauptstraße zum ca. 500 m entfernten Sand-/Kiesstrand. Die nächsten Dörfer Kriopigí und Políchrono erreichen Sie nach jeweils ca. 2 km. Eine Bushaltestelle finden Sie an der Hauptstraße (ca. 350 m). Transferdauer ab Flughafen Thessaloníki ca. 1 1/2 Stunden.
IHRE FERIENANLAGE: (thpe) Die 1984 mit 4 Appartements eröffnete Anlage wurde nach und nach auf 11 Appartements erweitert und 2011 komplett renoviert. 7 Appartements befinden sich im Erdgeschoss, 4 im ersten Stock. W-LAN Internetanschluss. Im Garten steht den Gästen ein Grillplatz zur Verfügung. Handtuchwechsel, Reinigung und Wäschewechsel 2-mal pro Woche.

HAUSCHARAKTER: Familiär geführtes Haus in schöner, abgeschiedener Lage. Die deutschsprechende Besitzerin Maria hält auf ihrem Grundstück einige Katzen und Hunde.
