About ANERADA MEDITERRANEAN HOUSES, Lefkada All Locations - presentation of hotel, facilities and services offered

On the Southern edge of the island, where the breathtaking beaches of Porto katsiki and Egremni are located, near the impressive Cape of Lefkatas, we have built Anerada Mediterranean Houses, a meeting point between the visitor and the simplicity of nature.
Our main basic concern is the least possible intervention in the natural landscape and the creation of a hospitable settlement that stands in absolute harmony with the environment. We have created four houses using natural materials based simplicity ready to welcome visitors who seek an alternative way of life just a stone’s throw from the most beautiful beaches of Greece: porto katsiki and Egremni.

Anerada cottage is located a few kilometers (2,5) from Athani Village – the last village before reaching Porto katsiki and Egremni beaches – and 400 meters off the main road. It is a perfect base from which can explore the southern region of Lefkada island and ideal for visiting the most famous beach of the island as Porto katsiki (5km), Egremni (1.000 meters) and Gialos (5km).

With deep respect to nature and inspired by the breathtaking beauty of the Lefkada scenery, our four guest houses are ideally located in a beautiful pine forest enjoying a stunning view to the sea. Egremni beach and Athani village are a couple of minutes drive away offering spectacular views of the Ionian Sea.

The anerada guest houses are traditionally built with stone and wood, standing in absolute harmony with the natural environment. Their interior combines natural earthly colors, wood and minimal furniture. All houses have balconies with outdoors furniture for you to enjoy your breakfast, afternoon drink or dinner with amazing views of the Ionian sea.

Our guest houses are ideal for groups of friends, couples or families with children.

wooden eco houseAnerada guests have the opportunity to book our eco built house made of wood, in absolute harmony with the natural environment. This guest house is located in a quiet spot in the middle of a pine forest and can accommodate 4 to 5 people. It has a beautiful open attic and its own private garden with a stunning sunset and sea view. Your dream summer house! This guest house offers a queen sized bed made of wood in the open attic, a single bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room with one sofa bed and one futon bed. Characteristics: ideal for friends, couples or families with children. Capacity: 4-5 people. Ground floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (single-double bed) Open Attic: Queen-sized bed, bedroom. Indoor facilities: TV, mini hi-fi, A/C, free internet, iron/iron board, fully equipped kitchen (4-ring stove, oven & grill, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker), washing machine, outdoor garden furniture.
