Ampola Villas are located in the right spot so as the space, interior and exterior, to be filled with heaps of light and energy. They are built with care and love so that the necessary care even to the tinniest details, both technique and aesthetic was given.

Luxury & Nature

In the four acre land, having in mind the nature not to be violated and the residencies to be in harmony with it, earthy colors and natural materials are chosen while the flora of the surrounding space is preserved hiding them literally in the bosom of the hill.

Villa Phos, built of stone with the strong presence of wood in many parts especially on the roof, it’s an elevated ground floor of two levels that are joined together by inner stairs.
On the first level lies the unified space of the kitchen, the living room and a wc. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary retro-like household appliances fully functional for every purpose and a dining table as well.

The living room with the comfortable sofa, the fireplace, the air-conditioning, the discreet controlled lighting and the wide French window overlooking the swimming pool and the sea offers rest, fun, reading, play for either kids or adults. The sofa can accommodate one person.

Going up the small staircase, on the elevated level are the two bedrooms. Each one of them apart from the full equipment in furniture, the television and air-conditioning, has its own en suite private bathroom as well as French windows with access on the top side of the outdoor space always with the equivalent view. The first room has a double bed while the second one has two single beds that can be joined together upon request.

Villa Agapi in two floors.

Just like in the villa Phos, same here the basic elements are the traditional stone and wood, both inside and outside. On the ground floor the kitchen and the living room constitute a unified space with direct access to the pool, there is the third bedroom with twin beds that accommodate two persons, as well as a communal bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern but retro-like household appliances that serve all needs as well as a dining table.
In the living room on the corner sofa can sleep one person if needed. Television and autonomous air-conditioning has been installed in all ground floor rooms.

The top floor consists of two main bedrooms. They both have en suite private bathroom, king and queen size beds, full furniture equipment, television, air-conditioning, two single sofa beds and  balconies for a better view to the canvas of nature. One of the two bathrooms has a Jacuzzi for even more moments of relaxation and wellness.
