BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All the guests have to read and follow all the below booking terms and conditions during their stay in the villa:

1. Occupancy: People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the maximum occupancy limit agreed above. In case there are additional guests than those agreed to stay overnight, we uphold the right to ask them to vacate the property.

2. Common Silence: Guests are expected to use common sense in not disturbing neighbors or making noise during off-hours (15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00).

3. Check-in/out: The check -in and check -out time is based on the agreed time schedule as is referred to the booking confirmation. In case that guests wish early check -in or late check -out, it is dependent upon request and availability.   

4. All of the properties are privately owned: the Owners and the Agency are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities during your stay under any circumstances. 

5. Property: Keep the property and all its furnishings in good order. Use appliances only for their intended uses. Subletting the property is not allowed under any circumstances whatsoever. Apart from the payment of the rental rates and fees, guests are responsible for the house and they are obliged to additionally pay for:

i.   damage to the property or furnishings, or any damage or loss caused to the Property and its contents.

ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or

iii. any other cost that weighs down financially on the Homeowner due to the Guest's stay.

6. On the check-out day the house has to be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness and in the same condition as it was on the check-in day.

7. The items & the furniture of the villa, is not allowed to be moved from the villa.

8. Usually, Pets are not allowed in the unit. However, you can ask for permission and they can be allowed only prior consent and approval by the property manager and the owner. In case of approval, a Pet Addendum must be completed.

9. Housekeeping: The villa will be in a clean and tidy condition upon check in day. Housekeeping is provided every three days that includes (change linens, towels, sweep, mopping and garbage change) We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. The pool towels are only to be used for the pool.

10. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located close to the house.

11. Swimming pool: Children shall not use the pool without a parent or adult guardian in attendance.

12. Access: Guests shall allow Villa's manager and the Owner to access the property for purposes of repair and inspection upon request in case of emergency.

13. Events: All types of events like weddings, parties, seminars, photoshoots, etc. can only be permitted upon request.

14. Children: The property manager is not held responsible for the supervision, safety and behavior of children, that is solely the guests responsibility.

15. Air-conditioner: The A/C units in order to function properly the doors and windows must be closed during their operation.

16. Behavior: If Guests or any other member of the party acts in a manner which is likely to cause danger, excessive disturbance or damage in any way to the property this agreement may be terminated and you shall all be requested to vacate the property . 

17. Smoking: Smoking indoors is not allowed, smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. Guests must not in any way pollute the pool or the surrounding areas with cigarettes.  

18. Safety: The agency and the owner are not liable for any loss or misplacement of valuables left in the Property during the stay.

From Heraklion airport (129 km, 1 hour 45 minutes)

On leaving the airport, go head right on the main north coast highway followin the signs to Iraklion and later to Pethymnon and Chania. Keep on this highway passing Iraklio and later Rethymnon.

At the traffic lights in Rethymnon go straight on where lights are green.

After passing Georgioupolis continue the highway for about 20 minutes until you see the right turn signposted to KALYVES-Gavalochori.

Take this turn right and follow the coast road all the way for about 3 klm into the center of Kalyves , passing a Shell petrol station (left hand) and a large supermarket INKA (right hand). You may want to pick some supplies from here.

Take care through the narrow street and keep straight on , passing over Kalyves square and after a small bridge next to the Kalyves Beach hotel. After 100 metres you will see a laundry in front of you.

DO NOT TURN RIGHT but continue straight on towards VAMOS village (The sign reads Vamos Health Centre and has a red cross on it).

Follow the road round to the right as it winds up the hillside and take the next turning left to Almyrida. The sea is still on your left hand as you go along this coast road for about 3 klm until you get to the entrance of Almyrida.

Once at Almyrida, take the right turn to “Plaka, Kokkino Chorio”.

Soon you will pass a Jet Oil garage/petrol station on your left.

Continue on this road uphill and then downhill until you reach the village of Plaka.

As you exit Plaka, you will notice a super market/plants' nursery on your left hand and a sign to Kokkino Chorio/Kambia. Do not turn right and keep straight on to the direction of the signs to Adeste Villas. In about 1km. you turn right to the third Adeste Villas sign. Keep straight until you see the villas complex. Welcome!





From Chania airport (33.9 km, 44 minutes)



1st route:



On leaving the airport, proceed to the first junction and take the left turning to Chania.

At the next junction/roundabout , turn right towards Chania .

Continue along this main road for approximately 4 klm , proceeding through the villages of Aroni, then Pithari and take the next left turn at the roundabout , signposted to SOUDA.

Proceed all the way down the winding hillside for about 6 klm. At the bottom of the hill there are crossroads but you continue straight ahead (Please take care as the road narrows here) .

At the next traffic lights ( you will see INKA supermarket on your right ) take the left turn towards RETHYMNON and the National Highway.

After you pass Megala Chorafia and Kalami, you take the right exit signed for ‘KALYVES, ARMENI, VAMOS”.

Once you have taken this exit, turn left towards Kalyves.

Continue on this road passing an Eko garage/petrol station on your left hand side and this road then gets to a T-junction.

At this point you turn right (sign reads ‘Municipality of Vamos’).

About 50 meters on take a right towards “Alyrida, Plaka”.

Continue uphill – the road winds and bends and then goes down to Almyrida coastal village.

Once at Almyrida, take the right turn to “Plaka, Kokkino Chorio”.

Soon you will pass a Jet Oil garage/petrol station on your left.

Continue on this road uphill and then downhill until you reach the village of Plaka.

As you exit Plaka, you will notice a super market/plants' nursery on your left hand and a sign to Kokkino Chorio/Kambia.

DO NOT TURN RIGHT and keep straight on to the direction of the signs to Adeste Villas. In about 1km. you turn right to the third Adeste Villas sign. Keep straight until you see the villas complex. Welcome!





2nd route (coastal road through Kalyves)



On leaving the airport, proceed to the first junction and take the left turning to CHANIA.

At the next junction/roundabout , turn right towards CHANIA .

Continue along this main road for approximately 4 klm, while proceeding through the villages of Aroni, then Pithari and take the next left turn at the roundabout , signposted to SOUDA.

Proceed all the way down the winding hillside for about 6 klm.

At the bottom of the hill there are crossroads but you continue straight ahead (Please take care as the road narrows here).

At the next traffic lights (you will see INKA supermarket on your right ) take the right turn towards RETHYMNON to enter the National Highway.

At the next major junction (the interchange for the National Highway) take a left turn in the direction for RETHYMNON.

Continue on the highway for about 14 klm until you see the left turn signposted to KALAMI and a second sign to Kalyves- Gavalochori –Almyrida .

Take this turning and follow the coast road all the way for about 3 klm into the center of Kalyves, passing a Shell petrol station (left hand) and a large supermarket INKA (right hand). You may want to pick some supplies from here.

Babies (age 0-2 years old) are welcome in our villas.

We will provide you with baby cots and high chairs upon request.

Regarding the children, they are welcome in our villas.

The children (age 3-17 years old) are charged as adults.
