St. Spiridon Church - entire houses the relics of St. Spyridon of Trimythous Bishop, celebrated on 12 December. The church is famous for its valuable icons and gold and silver engravings.

A special tourist interest it shows Hall, a superb example of Venetian architecture built in 1663. Other important monuments include the Byzantine Museum, housed Antivouniotissa church of Panagia (Our Lady over the mountains), the oldest ecclesiastical monument
of the island, dating from the fifteenth century and the old and the new fort, built between 1576 and 1588.
