Located 6 km from the town and 250m from the sea, Hotel Magic commands the ultimate panorama over the Agia Paraskevi bay. 

Agia Paraskevi beach is a 5-minute walk away, while Koukounaries beach is 6 km away. The hotel is 6 km from Skiathos port and 7 km from the airport

General description:

The hotel was established in the early 90s by a local family, who took great care in maintaining comfort and quality, excellent service and serenity for their guests.

The hotel consists of 3 buildings, one of which was just completed in May 2006.

Hotel Magic offers a Mediterranean restaurant, a pool area with a children's pool, a hot tub and a bar.

The hotel's air-conditioned rooms are individually decorated and open to a balcony with Aegean Sea views. Some have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The private bathroom includes bathrobes and slippers.


Breakfast is served on the long terrace overlooking the sea. The seasonal View Restaurant serves homemade Greek dishes made with organic produce and has an outdoor terrace with fantastic sea views.

The hotel's lounge features cards, magazines and board games. A desk is available, and the comfortable sofas are perfect for enjoying a coffee or a beer. Free Wi-Fi is available in all public areas.

Guests also receive a bathrobe and slippers, plus some additional free toiletries. Enjoy wonderful sea views while relaxing on the balcony of a double room with sea view.




Double Room with Garden View - Modern double room with Coco-Mat bed, plasma TV and a large balcony overlooking the garden. Air conditioning, a minibar, a safe, a bathroom with shower, bathrobe and slippers are available as standard amenities for this room type. Double rooms with garden view are located in the lower block of rooms.


Deluxe Twin Rooms - All rooms have a balcony with outdoor furniture overlooking the sea. They are equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, a flat-screen TV, a telephone and a safe. The bathroom has a toilet and a bath, a shower and various toiletries. The Deluxe Twin Rooms are located on different floors in all three buildings and, as there are many such rooms, the colors and decor may vary.




Executive Double Rooms - have a boutique-style decor, a double bedroom with sea views and a sun lounger on the balcony. All our Executive Double Rooms are located on the ground floor of the middle building, next to the pool area. Spacious and very comfortable rooms with air conditioning, a bathroom with a bath and shower, a safe, a fridge, a flat-screen TV and a range of toiletries, including slippers and a bathrobe.

Located on the top floor of the building, the Junior Suites offer exceptional views. The two-level loft-style suites are designed to provide increased comfort and tranquility. The lower level contains twin beds or 1 double bed, a dressing table with mirror, 2 chairs, a coffee table, large built-in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a deep bathtub, shower and hairdryer. For added comfort, there is a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning and a direct dial telephone in the room. A wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine, where there is a double bed, a wardrobe, a stool and a TV. Patio doors with mosquito screens open onto a large balcony, furnished with wooden chairs and a table, overlooking the sea. These rooms offer views from the highest point of the hotel. Please note that there are many steps to reach the Junior Suite.


Suite - on the ground floor, located in the upper building, with a living room and separate bedroom. Master bedroom with a four-poster double bed and en suite bathroom with a hot tub, living room with a sofa bed and en suite bathroom with a shower.

The Executive Suite - of the Magic Hotel is a luxurious boutique-style suite with a living room and a separate bedroom. Located in the second building, with a spacious balcony overlooking the sea. There are two bathrooms and a jacuzzi/hot tub. It offers all the amenities found in the Executive Rooms, but in addition to the jacuzzi, there is a large seating area and even a laundry room is available. The Executive Suite is a perfect choice for those looking for luxurious accommodation for their holiday in Greece.




The Deluxe Double Rooms - are located on the upper floors and feature a four-poster bed and comfortable COCO-MAT furniture. All rooms have a balcony with a table and chairs and stunning sea views. They are equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a flat-screen TV, a telephone and a safe. Bathroom with toilet and bathtub, shower and various toiletries. Comfortable, amazing views and an ideal romantic experience for couples.
