Marius, family with children 08/18/2024DIRECT BOOKING traveler

Mancarea este ok, nu foarte variata dar pe gustul copiilor. Experimenta unui mini sat cretan asezat undeva la iesirea din statiunea Sisi ( deci nu ai decat magazinele din complex de unde pori cumpara apa, bere,vin si alte chestii, pentru alte lucruri inchiriezi masina). Plaja cu nisip fin, sezlonguri free si umbrele (pentru cei cazati in hotel), intrare lina in apa (aprox 20 m cu apa pana la genunchi si apoi creste lin, plaja blue flag, foarte ok. Personal amabil dar subdimensionat.

Nu este un hotel de 5* sub nicio forma, as spune 4* dar cu mari eforturi. In primul rand serviciile de curatenie in camera sunt jalnice la fel si curatarea piscinelor (la piscine nu am vazut pe nimeni timp de 8 zile care sa vina sa le curete era un nene care masura valoarea clorului si mai adauga pastile de clor din cand in cand). Deasemenea nu am vazut pe nimeni care spele pe jos in zona meselor de pe terasele restaurantului ( se lipeau papucii de gresie). Mobilier vechi, deteriorat, baie cu gresie si faianta de acum 20 ani (acea gresie si faianta alba din spitalele de stat). Foarte departe de aeroport, aprox 1 h de mers cu autocarul, cu taxi aprox 25-30 min. Prosoape pentru piscina rupte, efectiv curgeau atele din ele (nu toate, dar este suficient unul, pentru 5* stele nu este permis asa ceva). Din punctul meu de vedere nu merita acest hotel, am cheltuit muuuulttt mai multi bani pe aceasta vacanta decat cea de la Miracle Resort (antalya) de anul trecut iar experienta a fost una praf. O vacanta aproape ratata din toate punctele de vedere (hotel praf, zoburi amanate, decalate, intarziate, cu escala!!! am plecat de la hotel la ora 22:00, aveam zbor la 1:30, care de fapt a fot 5:25, care de fapt ne-a dus la Cluj si in final pe Otopeni (pe la 09:00) si la 10:00 acasa. Practic, aproape 12h pe drum cu trei copii (9ani,5ani si 3 ani).
