CITYLUXE Suites & Rooms requires credit card details in order to guarantee and pre-authorize a reservation.

In case of a direct booking via telephone or if the guest does not own a credit card, to confirm a reservation the guest may be required to deposit a prepayment via payment link at the property’s bank account under these Terms and Conditions.

Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a Confirmation email that outlines a summary of your booking and all guidelines of the following-up steps until check-in. Please review the information carefully and if you have any questions or require any changes, contact reservations@cityluxe.gr.

Only a person over the age of 18 is allowed to make a reservation. The adult making a reservation for a person under the age of 18 will be held responsible for the minor, whether he or she accommodates with the minor or not.

Cancelation policy

Cancelations Policy varies based on seasonality, booking rate, booking channel and many more. Please refer to your Reservation Confirmation e-mail to check what applies to you, or please contact reservations@cityluxe.gr in order to assist you.

The above does not apply to “NON-REFUNDABLE” reservations. “NON-REFUNDABLE” cannot be refunded.

We will hold such financial information as long as it is needed in order to complete necessary transactions, always in accordance with the applicable law. 

Our Rates Include

All our rates include accommodation. CITYLUXE EE guarantees and takes full responsibility solely for the provision and quality of the accommodation.

Besides that, each rate has its own package deal. It is the guest’s responsibility to check what is included in their price before submitting their booking.

When reserving a room (via telephone or online), CITYLUXE EE is entitled to approve and charge international or national credit cards. A reservation fee may be charged to the credit card as a prepayment. This will be deducted from the final bill. If CITYLUXE EE has not made an approval for prepayment from your credit card, we are entitled to require a deposit up to 50€.

Any additional service that might be needed during the guest’s stay can be arranged by our experienced and dedicated team upon request and it will be provided by our carefully selected and trustworthy partners.

Extra Bed Policy

There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.

Noise Management

We would kindly ask our guests to respect other guests and local residents and keep noise to acceptable levels, especially during ‘quite hours’. In accordance with Greek Law, these are:

1st April – 30th September

15:00pm- 17:30pm and 23:00pm-07:00am

1st October – 31st March

15:30pm-17:30pm and 22:00pm-07:30am

Cleaning Policy

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property.

All surfaces in the apartments and common areas are frequently and thoroughly cleaned with professional disinfectants. A complete sanitation takes place every time a guest checks in and out of the building.

We are making sure that our housekeeping staff wear Personal Protective Equipment and are trained properly in accordance with our COVID-19 protocols and guidelines.

During these challenging times, the safety and well-being of our guests and staff remains our top priority.

Parties and Events

It is strictly prohibited for guests to host gatherings, parties, or any kind of similar event.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is restricted to those 18 years or older with valid identification.

Loss, Misuse or Damage of Property’s Belongings 

In case of an accident where a property’s belonging(s) is damaged or destroyed, the guest is obligated to report it to the company. CITYLUXE EE ensure that will handle the situation fittingly and with goodwill.

After the departure of each guest, a maintenance check takes place by our staff. The guest will be held responsible for any loss, misused items or damage to the Hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible (for example caused from smoking or using electric cigarettes). For every loss or damage to the Hotel property, CITYLUXE EE has the right to claim monetary compensation.

General Terms

If any article of the above terms is considered as non-applicable, it will not affect the validity and enforcement of the remaining terms.

These Terms represent the overall agreement between every guest and CITYLUXE EE. These Terms prevail against any other written agreement between every guest and CITYLUXE EE.

Communication

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree to receive Marketing and Non-marketing e-mails regarding your stay at CITYLUXE EE and other newsletter. You have the right to opt-out/unsubscribe from this newsletter list anytime you want by sending us your request at reservations@cityluxe.gr or by clicking the Unsubscribe button at the very end of the e-mail you will receive.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Greek law. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be filed with the courts of Athens. The guest consents to the jurisdiction of said courts and waives any objection which they may have at any time to the jurisdiction of said courts, the laying of venue in said courts or the convenience of the forum.

Amendments to T&C

CITYLUXE EE has the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Such changes will be posted on this page. It is the guest’s responsibility to check this page regularly to be updated with any possible amendments. The continuing use of CITYLUXE EE accommodations will be conceived as acceptance of such changes by the guests.
