Paradise Island Villas is a new 5 star, unique boutique villa hotel complex with 12 stylish luxury villas situated in Anissaras on the north coast of Crete. Paradise Island Villas lies just 2km from the cosmopolitan town of Hersonissos and 23km from the international
Heraklion's airport.
The Villas combine the elegance of luxury villas with the charm of a boutique hotel. Each villa is the epitome of comfort with chic, ethnic furnishings and luxurious amenities such as private pools, Jacuzzi and gardens. This hillside location looks out to superb
sea and mountain views. It is the perfect destination for relaxation and rejuvenation for couples, groups and families alike. The Villas balance comfort, luxury and style with distinctive interior design. The result is the effect of uplifting colours and a
unique combination of rustic and ethnic elements. Individually designed, all of the villas embody a country chic style while remaining true to the traditional Cretan architecture. All modern amenities and conveniences are set to ensure a memorable experience
of pure comfort and elegance with touches of luxury such as Italian crystal chandeliers, polished Greek marble bathrooms, unique pieces of highly selected furniture and textiles. The Villas are 2 storeys and each has a garden with a private pool. Pools may

The Senior Villas are ‘Artemis’ and ‘Hephaestus’. Each 3 storey villa sleeps up to 3 persons and measures 70sqm. These villas have a bedroom with a double bed on the first floor and the bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath on the ground floor. The open plan kitchen
and the spacious living room has a fire place and a sofa bed (a divan similar to a regular sized single bed 1.9m x 90cm) and is ideal for couples. The 100sqm garden with a private pool with jet makes is the perfect place to relax.
The Executive Villas are ‘Aphrodite’ and ‘Ares’. Each villa sleeps up to 4 persons and measures 100sqm. These are 2 storey villas with two bedrooms on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite marble bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and
also has a sea view from the terrace and balcony of the room. The twin bedroom has a separate bathroom with a bath and also has a terrace and balcony. All rooms are individually decorated in warm or vibrant colours with selected textiles and unique pieces
of furniture. On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen, the dining & living room with a fireplace, and one more bathroom with a shower cabin. The villas each have a private garden and pool with jet, and an outdoor dining area. These villas are suitable
for couples and families.
The Family Villas are ‘Hermes’ and ‘Demeter’ which can accommodate 5 persons and each covers an area of 110sqm. The 2 storey villas are individually decorated with bedrooms on the upper floor. A sofa bed (a divan similar to a regular sized single bed 1.9mts
x 90cms) can accommodate a 5th person in the living room. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom and also a twin bedroom. These bedrooms share a bathroom which has a Jacuzzi bath, and there is a shared terrace and a balcony. There is a large garden and
a private swimming pool with jet as well as an outdoor dining area. These two villas are ideal for smaller families.
