The hotel, renovated in 2007, is built in a beautiful natural environment , surrounded by gardens and pine trees . It is one of the two boutique hotels of the island and is located 12 km from Skiathos , near a salt water lake and a nature reserve protected
as such by the Municipality of Skiathos . Koukounaries famous beach is 350 meters, Agia Eleni beach famous for the most beautiful sunset of the island is 400 meters , Banana beach recommended for fun , music and dance is 10 minutes away, the beach can be accessed
Ambelakia 15 minutes and Mandraki beach can be reached by car or on foot walking across a pine forest in about 20 minutes.
